ZPC conducts customer service training to CHAN 2025.
Zanzibar Port Authority (ZPC) has conducted specialized customer service training to its staff and stakeholders at Malindi Passenger Port in preparation ahead of the CHAN competition where Zanzibar is hosting Group D.
This training aims to increase efficiency, discipline and quality of service to visitors and travelers during this important period, in line with the announcement of the Port of Zanzibar nationally and internationally.
