The Zanzibar Port Authority (ZPC) has held a joint meeting with stakeholders of the port sector in Zanzibar to discuss strategies to improve order and increase the efficiency of Port Operations at the Port of Fumba.

The session also discussed the challenges that arise in service delivery and laid out strategies to find solutions, as part of the preparations towards the Holy Month of Ramadan.

The meeting has been held, on 11 December 2025, at the Conference Hall of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities (Former House of Representatives), led by the Director General of the Zanzibar Port Authority, Mr. Akif Ali Khamis.
